The design challenge was to make a 1,500 sq ft home feel closer to 3,000 sq ft. A clustered arrangement was reorganized through clearer divisions and a more spacious-feeling layout, improving the sense of openness without changing the actual area.
Neo-classical interiors establish the character of the home, while wallpapers introduce visual variation and break the monotony across the spaces. The project for Rajeev Makkar at Sector 43 HIG Flats was completed in 2025.
