The Concept
The brief brings the relaxed character of Bali to Mohali across a 5-kanal site measuring 103 ft by 297 ft. Three padel courts and two pickleball courts anchor the active program, balanced by a cold plunge, sauna and steam and a dedicated yoga space.
A cafe opens onto a front garden, while reception, a director’s office and souvenir shop support the club experience. An open-air theatre creates a place for shared events. Parking for 9–10 cars is planned separately from staff parking. The project was completed in three months in 2025.
